The workshop is a live IMPLEMENTATION coaching program set across two days and hosted online via Zoom.

The aim is to provide both new and intermediate property investors with a means to consistently generate more motivated seller, landlord and investor clients for their business without having to leave the comfort of their own home.

Students will not only learn how to find, attract and qualify new clients for their business, but they will also get hands on practical application on how to analyse deals, package and sell them to other investors or co-sourcers.

By the end of the workshop students will not only have a working Ai Powered Sourcing System in place, but they will also have a steady flow of new clients pouring into their sourcing business.

Although we would always encourage new users to our platform to try and target multiple cities or an entire region (eg the whole of England or Wales, etc) because it helps both increase the number of people that see your marketing as well as reducing the cost to acquire a new lead, you still have the ability to focus your marketing on just one specific city.

So whilst it is possible to have a lead that wants to sell their commercial property or land, we find we get much more consistent results when we focus on finding leads that want to sell, rent or buy residential properties.

Yes. Our software integrates with your social media platforms and then leverages the power of AI to automate SMS and email marketing to follow up with leads on your behalf. This requires a special AI enabled mobile phone number (which we supply you) as well as API integrations with 3rd party vendors (eg Facebook, Twilio, etc).

Depending on how much you choose to spend on ads and how many leads you follow up with each month costs can vary, but we recommend a budget of £5 - £50 per month on top of ad spend.

We always recommend clients start with at least £20-£25 per day on ads. This tends to be the sweet spot for those in business on their own and without a team. However, ultimately it's entirely up to you how much you spend.

Yes. In the program, we will show you how to target various types of customers for your business so you can decide to go for R2R landlords one week and portfolio landlords the next. It's entirely up to you!

There are a number of software tools out there on the market and from what we've discovered, they pretty much all rely on finding properties that have been (or currently still are) on the open market. Which means you're still looking at properties that everyone else has access to.

We understood a long time ago that property is still very much a people business. We often get asked what happens when more people use our platform. Won't there be market saturation and more competition? Will the ads still be effective?

To that we remind you that property is a people business. Any city you go to has more than one estate agent. Yet if the 1st, 2nd or 3rd were that good, then why would anyone else bother?

People like who they like. So regardless if someone else is running a campaign in the same city as you, it's still you and your personality that the vendor has to feel comfortable with in order to do business. Therefore, it really doesn't matter if more people are running ads in your goldmine area... there's only one of you!
